EuroFolio is a hobby project I work on in my spare time. I use it myself to learn about investing in European ETFs and make more educated decisions, I hope it you find it useful too. Be respectful, don't do anything illegal, and remember this is for educational purposes only - not financial advice.

Important: All EuroFolio services are intended for educational use only. I am NOT a professional broker or financial adviser, and no information I or any other users provide is a substitute for qualified financial advice from someone who understands your personal situation.

All investment choices are your own, and you agree that EuroFolio assumes no responsibility for any consequences related to your personal financial decisions. When in doubt, consult a licensed financial adviser.

Portfolio performance shown on EuroFolio is based on historical data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets can be unpredictable, and what worked in the past might not work in the future.

The backtest calculations are provided "as-is" without any warranty. While we strive for accuracy, there may be errors or limitations in the data or calculations.

You're welcome to:

• Create an account and build portfolios
• Share your portfolios with others
• All created portfolios are public, but not personally identifiable unless you add private informatino in the descriptions.
• Use the site for personal research and education
• Feedback and suggestions are welcome, I am learning a lot from you all!

Please don't:

• Create offensive or inappropriate portfolio names/descriptions
• Try to hack, break, or abuse the platform
• Scrape the site or overload it with automated requests
• Use the platform for anything illegal or unethical

You own the portfolios you create. However, by nature of them being public, you're allowing others to view it and learn from it.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. This is rare, but we want to keep the platform friendly and useful for everyone.

EuroFolio is provided "as-is" and might have occasional downtime, bugs, or limitations. This is a hobby project, not a commercial service with guarantees.

We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime or immediate bug fixes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior. We'll usually give you a heads up first unless the violation is severe.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your portfolios and associated data.

As the project evolves, we might update these terms. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

By continuing to use EuroFolio after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

EuroFolio is hosted on Railway in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We're not responsible for the availability of third-party services.

EuroFolio and its creator are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages that may result from using the platform. Use it at your own risk.

This isn't meant to sound scary, it just means we're providing a free educational tool, not professional financial advice or services.
